In order to maintain appropriate social distancing and safety precautions we will be implementing the following changes until further notice.

1. Access to the clinic will be through the front entrance only. Please follow the posted instructions if parking in the rear parking lot.

2. The waiting room will remain closed until further notice.  Access to the waiting room will be only for patient pick up and drop off.

3. All persons entering the clinic must be wearing a CDC compliant facial covering (mask).

4. All persons entering the clinic must sanitize their hands upon entry and will receive a temperature check. 

5. All patients will need to complete a COVID 19 screening form prior to each appointment.

6. Access to clinical areas will be restricted to patients and therapists only.

7. Patient schedules will be modified to meet social distancing guidelines and allow sufficient time to clean and sanitize treatment rooms.
